Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives within the healthcare, dermatology, and aesthetic industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand’s online presence, driving engagement, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience across key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to deliver compelling content and optimize paid campaigns that resonate with the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Develop and produce high-impact short-form video content using an iPhone for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Utilize industry-standard editing tools like CapCut to enhance visual appeal and ensure professional-quality output.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Design and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to each platform, including the development of monthly content calendars. Ensure alignment with brand messaging, cultural relevance, and compliance with Saudi market regulations.
• Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, maximize ROI, and drive conversions while adhering to budget constraints.
• Influencer & PR Collaborations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and industry partners. Coordinate and execute impactful campaigns that amplify brand reach and credibility within the healthcare and aesthetic sectors.
• Community Management: Foster vibrant online communities by actively engaging with followers, moderating discussions, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Build brand loyalty through authentic interactions and strategic community-building initiatives.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, trends, and audience insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize data to inform content and campaign adjustments, ensuring continuous enhancement of engagement and conversion rates.
• Cultural & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content and campaigns are culturally appropriate, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the values and expectations of the Saudi audience.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly within the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic industries, is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Hands-on experience with mobile content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, as well as graphic design platforms like Canva. Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization and trend analysis is a plus.
• Creative & Analytical Skills: Exceptional creativity in content ideation and execution, coupled with strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights. A proactive approach to testing new strategies and technologies is essential.
• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
