Project Controls Professional

Lead the execution of mechanical works, encompassing equipment erection, piping, structural fabrication, welding, hydro testing, and commissioning. Ensure adherence to project drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve daily targets and coordinate site operations.

Plan and monitor resource utilisation, including manpower, materials, and tools, to optimise site operations. Engage in client/consultant meetings and walkthroughs, ensuring timely resolution of observations and supporting testing and commissioning teams during final handover phases.

Uphold and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality standards throughout execution activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, weld logs, test packs, and daily progress reports.

Coordinate with planning, stores, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and work front readiness. Review fabrication/erection drawings and resolve technical or site-related issues in collaboration with engineering support.
