IT Business & Projects Manager

We are seeking a dynamic IT Business & Projects Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, driving technology solutions that align with our organizational objectives. In this role, you will lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
• Lead and manage IT and digital transformation projects, including CRM, MarTech, workplace automation, and enterprise application rollouts.
• Oversee project planning, vendor management, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities.
• Support change management initiatives, drive user adoption, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Build business cases, prioritize IT demand, and ensure project delivery success.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and change management.
• Excellent communication and project delivery skills.

Essential qualifications include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a business partnering, business analysis, or IT project management role.
