AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs within the AWS AGS (Amazon Global Services) KSA portfolio. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management, from initial scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Your core duties will include:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align with AWS’s business objectives and the unique needs of the KSA market. Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, milestones, and success metrics.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless program execution. Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive cohesive outcomes.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the program lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Monitor program health through regular status updates, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, government entities, and enterprise clients. Ensure transparent communication and alignment on program priorities, challenges, and progress.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish robust KPIs and metrics to measure program performance. Provide executive-level reporting on program status, financials, and business impact, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine program management processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility. Drive innovation in program delivery methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive program management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycles. Familiarity with AWS services and solutions is a significant advantage.
• Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights.
