Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in the AI and software development industries. Develop and execute tailored business strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance market share.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end client acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating contracts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forge strategic alliances with technology providers, resellers, and system integrators. Leverage these partnerships to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with revenue goals and business objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of AI and software development technologies, including machine learning, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions. Communicate technical benefits effectively to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight the value proposition of our AI and software development solutions. Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences, from C-level executives to technical decision-makers.
• Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all business development activities comply with local and international regulations, including data privacy laws and industry standards. Stay abreast of regulatory changes that may impact our operations or client engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 2 years in AI, software development, or technology sales. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI technologies, software development lifecycle, and enterprise software solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and development frameworks is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or AI/software technologies (e.g., AWS Certified, Salesforce Certified) are a plus.
