In this onsite role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition and seamless operation of our gymnasium, pool, and spa facilities. Key Responsibilities

As a Gym / Pool / Spa Attendant, your daily duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to uphold the highest standards of service and facility management. These include:

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure all gym, pool, and spa areas are consistently clean, well-organized, and free from hazards. Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to guarantee optimal functionality and guest safety.
• Guest Assistance: Provide attentive and courteous support to guests by offering guidance on facility usage, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and facility guidelines.
• Supply Management: Monitor and replenish essential supplies, including towels, amenities, and refreshments, in locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation zones. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Spa and Fitness Support: Collaborate with spa therapists and fitness trainers to facilitate a seamless guest experience. Assist in setting up treatment rooms, gym stations, and poolside areas to meet guest expectations.
• Safety and Hygiene: Uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards across all facilities. Monitor poolside activities to ensure guest safety and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback with professionalism and discretion. Strive to exceed guest expectations by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, wellness facilities, or a similar guest-service role is essential. A background in luxury hotel or resort environments is highly desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and a service-oriented mindset are critical to representing our brand with integrity and excellence.
