Key Responsibilities

As a Waiter/Waitress at The Chedi Hegra, your core responsibilities will include:

• Guest Engagement and Service: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience. Present menus with confidence, address guest inquiries regarding menu items, and expertly recommend signature dishes and beverages tailored to their preferences.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and precision when communicating them to the kitchen and bar teams. Maintain a high level of attentiveness to guest needs, promptly serving orders with impeccable presentation to exceed expectations.
• Guest Satisfaction and Attention to Detail: Anticipate and address guest requests with courtesy and professionalism, paying meticulous attention to detail throughout their visit. Ensure their dining experience is flawless, from the initial greeting to the final farewell.
• Billing and Payment Assistance: Handle billing processes with accuracy and efficiency, providing clear and transparent transactions. Assist guests with payment methods while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements
