• Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring swift resolution.
• Manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, or email, providing timely and effective responses.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Support remote users by leveraging remote access tools, providing seamless assistance.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, fostering a culture of collective problem-solving.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive follow-up.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT Help Desk or similar role.
• Proven expertise in computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
