• Role: Ensure optimal production of high-quality beverages as per plan, maximizing resource utilization.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage shift work schedules and task lists.
• Minimize waste by adhering to Manufacturing SOPs.
• Drive efficiency and asset life through process reviews and maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments to meet production timelines.
• Maintain and maximize productivity through effective shift planning.
• Manage and maintain ERP system for accurate input/output data.
• Generate daily production performance reports and action plans.
• Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices, TPM, and PepsiCo best practices.
• Conduct regular team training and coaching on technical skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
• 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
