Your Role as a Junior Front-End Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly websites for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients. Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality web experiences. Contribute to discussions on improving user experience, functionality, and overall project success.
• Performance & Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure seamless experiences across all devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile. Adhere to accessibility, usability, and modern web development best practices.
• CMS & Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating WordPress websites and other CMS platforms. Implement new pages, templates, content updates, and design enhancements to support ongoing client needs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs, layout issues, and UI inconsistencies. Support ongoing website maintenance and improvements to enhance performance.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and actively learn from senior developers to elevate your skills and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a motivated candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, or entry-level professional roles. Prior experience building or contributing to live websites or web applications is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first development principles.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development.
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Experience using Git or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript tooling and build processes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
