Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:

• Extensive Project Engineering Experience: A minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in industrial automation projects.
• Rockwell Automation Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Rockwell PLC systems, specifically Allen Bradley ControlLogix, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• SCADA System Knowledge: Strong familiarity with FactoryTalk SCADA is highly preferred, as this will be a critical component of your responsibilities.
• End-to-End Project Lifecycle Exposure: Experience managing projects from initial engineering phases through to commissioning, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Industry-Specific Expertise: Prior experience in industrial automation projects within the motor manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.

Core Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our automation projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of technical and managerial tasks, including:

• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from conceptual design and development to final commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• PLC & SCADA Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced PLC and SCADA solutions using Rockwell Automation technologies to optimize industrial processes.
• System Integration & Testing: Lead system integration efforts, conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and oversee commissioning activities to ensure seamless deployment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams to align project objectives, resolve challenges, and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for PLC and SCADA systems throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases, ensuring that deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
