Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support and Client Engagement: Assist in identifying prospective clients and nurturing leads through targeted outreach. Present real estate offerings with clarity and professionalism, ensuring clients are well-informed about available properties and investment opportunities.
• Lead Management and Follow-Up: Track and follow up on client inquiries promptly, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems to ensure seamless communication and follow-through. Prioritize responsiveness to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns. Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media posts, to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Client Experience and Property Visits: Greet and guide clients during property visits, providing detailed information about features, pricing, and neighborhood amenities. Address client questions with confidence and professionalism to foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Team Collaboration and Performance Tracking: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Participate in product and sales training sessions to stay updated on market trends, property offerings, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing.

Qualifications and Skills
