We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Saudization Service Advisor to join our team at Al-Futtaim in Dammam. This role is pivotal in driving our Saudization initiatives, ensuring we meet our nationalization targets while maintaining our high service standards.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing Saudization strategies in line with company objectives and Saudi Vision 2030.
• Monitoring and reporting on Saudization progress, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborating with various departments to identify training and development opportunities for Saudi nationals.
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of Saudi talent.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients are satisfied with our Saudization efforts.

To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, both in Arabic and English, with a solid understanding of the Saudi job market and nationalization policies. A proven track record in Saudization or similar roles, coupled with a passion for driving change and making a tangible impact, is essential.
