Key Responsibilities

• Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence, both locally and internationally, by identifying untapped opportunities and emerging trends.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, to enhance business collaboration and mutual growth.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, negotiation of high-value contracts, and optimization of existing business processes.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to assess industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support business objectives.
