Job Overview

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness of ACMI (Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation) hardware and software systems. This position requires a hands-on leader who can supervise a team of specialists, manage maintenance and repair operations, and maintain seamless communication with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) command teams. The role encompasses both technical oversight and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that all equipment meets stringent performance standards while adhering to contractual and security obligations. Additionally, the Site Supervisor serves as a Digital Display System Operator (DDSO) and Hardware Repair Specialist (Pod Tech) as needed, contributing to the overall success of training exercises and operational missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Supervision: Oversee a diverse team of ACMI support staff, including Pod Techs, DDSOs, subcontractors, and RSAF personnel. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability, professional growth, and adherence to operational timelines.
• Technical Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment, interpreting schematics, diagrams, and test procedures to ensure optimal performance. Maintain 100% accountability for the serviceability and operability of all ACMI equipment, including preparation for issue and documentation of returns.
• Customer Interface and Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for RSAF personnel, providing exceptional customer service during equipment issue, receipt, and maintenance. Ensure clear communication of technical specifications, operational status, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Warehouse and Workshop Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse and Workshop Repair departments, including resource planning, inventory control, and auditing of equipment shipping and receipts. Utilize the warehouse database to track ACMI equipment, generate reports, and maintain 100% parts availability and maintenance timeliness statistics.
• Reporting and Compliance: Produce and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the RSAF and Program Manager, detailing equipment servicability, availability, and performance during training exercises. Ensure all reporting adheres to contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Security and Accountability: Maintain strict oversight of classified documents, equipment, and tools, conducting regular inventories and security checks. Provide ongoing classification security training to employees and subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with governmental and company security policies.
• Operational Support: Lead and motivate the ACMI team to meet current and future business needs, developing resource coverage plans for issue, maintenance, and repair during exercise periods. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support mission success and deliver exceptional service to the customer.

Qualifications and Skills
