Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Representative to join our expanding team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation combined with a keen aptitude for sales, marketing, and client engagement. In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in promoting and selling our advanced hardfacing solutions, cultivating strong business relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion and Sales: Champion Technogenia’s comprehensive portfolio of hardfacing services, articulating their technical and economic benefits to prospective and existing clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing customers, particularly within the oil & gas (O&G) sector and adjacent industries, ensuring alignment with their operational and strategic objectives.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance and advice to clients, conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend optimal solutions that enhance tool durability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design and implement targeted strategies that expand market reach, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth.
• Educational and Demonstrative Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, hands-on product demonstrations, and technical training sessions to educate clients on the advantages and applications of our hardfacing solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and capitalize on new business prospects.
• Cost Estimation and Quotation: Prepare accurate quotes and cost estimates for repair services, ensuring transparency and competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• A demonstrated passion for sales, marketing, and the commercialization of technical products and services.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive, and client-focused manner.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within technical or industrial product sectors, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with the oil & gas industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
• A willingness to undertake travel to customer sites and facilities outside the Dammam area to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
