We are seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Software Engineer to collaborate with our Autobia team. This role involves working across a Python/Django codebase, with a primary focus on backend services, data, and integrations, while also comfortably handling front-end features as needed. Our customer-facing Marketplace prioritizes fast, low-latency API response times.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Django backend services and full-stack features.
• Own the entire development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build and maintain integrations with both internal and external services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the squad's technical decisions.

Qualifications:

• Mid–senior full-stack engineer with a strong backend focus and solid Python / Django experience (3–5 years).
• Proven expertise in API design, data modeling, relational databases, and testing.
• Comfortable working across the stack, with the ability to build and debug front-end features.
• Performance-driven: consistently optimizes API response times through query tuning, caching, and profiling.
• Proven ownership mindset: transforms ambiguous problems into shipped and supported solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B marketplaces, catalog/matching, or supplier integrations.
• History of operating high-reliability systems at scale.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, React, GKE, or AWS.
