About the Role

We are seeking two dynamic Assistant Managers to join a globally recognized Consumer Electronics organization, with dedicated positions tailored for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. The successful candidates will be responsible for shaping and executing product and marketing strategies specifically for the KSA region, with a strong emphasis on driving commercial performance, leveraging market intelligence, and optimizing the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager in either Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or Major Domestic Appliances (MDA), your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategy Development and Execution: Craft and implement comprehensive product and marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the KSA market, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
• Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor activities, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Product Portfolio Optimization: Recommend and refine product line-ups to meet evolving market demand and customer preferences, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and aligned with consumer needs.
• Collaborative Campaign Management: Coordinate closely with Sales and Dubai-based teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and e-commerce strategies that drive engagement and sales.
• Sales Forecasting and Inventory Planning: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and meet customer demand efficiently.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Oversee budgets, return on investment (ROI), and profit-and-loss (P&L) performance to ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Product Training and Launch Support: Facilitate product training sessions for internal teams and retail partners, and provide robust support during new product launches to ensure market success.
• Marketing Execution: Coordinate Above-The-Line (ATL), Below-The-Line (BTL), and in-store marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and boost sales performance.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant Experience: Proven track record in product marketing, preferably within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial dynamics, including sales forecasting, inventory planning, and financial performance monitoring.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market data, competitor insights, and consumer trends, coupled with the ability to translate these insights into actionable strategies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to achieve shared objectives.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to engage with local stakeholders, market insights, and internal teams.
• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the KSA market and consumer landscape will be considered a significant advantage, enabling candidates to tailor strategies to local preferences and trends.
