Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more) to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Leverage marketing analytics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies for maximum ROI and lead conversion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and other departments to align campaigns with overarching business goals, ensuring seamless integration and support for lead nurturing initiatives.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, analyze customer needs, and refine targeting strategies to enhance campaign relevance and impact.
• Content Creation & Engagement: Develop compelling content assets—such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership pieces—to attract, educate, and convert high-intent prospects.
• Marketing Automation & Efficiency: Oversee marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline lead management, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
• Industry & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovative demand generation tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Reporting & Strategic Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on marketing experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a closely related discipline, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems to drive lead generation and nurturing processes.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, assess performance, and make informed, data-backed decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate campaign insights to stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
