Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development & Optimization: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our mobile applications to ensure they are responsive, fast, and fully optimized for both iOS and Android platforms. Your work will directly impact user retention and satisfaction.
• Intuitive Design & Interface: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that simplify navigation and enhance the shopping experience. Focus on reducing friction in the customer journey to maximize conversions.
• Superior User Experience (UX): Champion a customer-centric approach by conducting thorough usability testing, gathering user feedback, and implementing data-driven improvements to ensure a frictionless and enjoyable shopping experience across all devices.
• Platform Maintenance & Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor application performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement security patches and updates to maintain system integrity, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and backend developers to align mobile application features with business goals, seasonal campaigns, and evolving customer needs.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion funnels. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and prioritize feature development.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a blend of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. The following qualifications are essential:

• Proven experience in mobile application development, preferably with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
