Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This pivotal role will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our brand presence across key social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing and brand objectives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, including content planning, campaign management, and community engagement to drive brand loyalty and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Content Development: Design and maintain a dynamic content calendar that resonates with our target audience while reflecting the premium positioning of Spring H2O, Argatin, and Monsoon Salon.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with our online communities to foster meaningful interactions, address inquiries, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize analytics and social media management tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our social media strategies remain innovative and competitive.
• Content Execution: Oversee the publishing of posts, monitor engagement metrics, and ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO): Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Content Strategy Proficiency: Experience in planning, creating, and curating compelling content tailored to social media platforms and audience preferences.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to craft clear, persuasive messaging and engage authentically with audiences.
