Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Skimmers to join a reputed galvanizing factory in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Skimmer in our Galvanizing Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality processing of steel components through galvanizing and fabrication techniques. Your role will involve:

• Operating and maintaining galvanizing equipment to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitoring and controlling the galvanizing process to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Conducting thorough inspections of steel components to identify defects or imperfections before and after galvanizing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall productivity.
• Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and technical troubleshooting skills to resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Adhering to strict observation and surveillance protocols to detect and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A diploma in a relevant vocational course, with a specialization in chemical or metallurgical engineering.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in steel galvanizing and fabrication works.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining galvanizing equipment, including skimming processes.
• Strong knowledge of payment terminals, risk assessment, and legal compliance in industrial settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and manual dexterity.
• Excellent observational and surveillance detection skills to ensure operational integrity.
