Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be instrumental in delivering precise financial reporting, generating commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will drive finance transformation initiatives while serving as a critical liaison between Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). By ensuring the integrity of financial information and collaborating closely with business leaders, you will play a key role in enhancing financial performance and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI performance packs to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
• Period-End Close Processes: Coordinate and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Support statutory reporting obligations, regulatory compliance, and the annual external audit process to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Business Partnering & Commercial Insights: Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights, conduct commercial analysis, and offer decision support to drive operational excellence.
• Investment & Project Evaluation: Assess business cases, investment opportunities, commercial proposals, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with financial and organizational goals.
• Profitability & Cost Analysis: Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities to optimize financial outcomes.
• Pricing & Contract Reviews: Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations, and profitability assessments to enhance revenue generation and cost efficiency.
• Working Capital Management: Monitor and optimize working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity, to ensure financial stability.
• Finance Transformation & Digitalization: Lead reporting automation and finance digitization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms, and financial data governance frameworks.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Promote advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions to enable data-driven insights and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities to drive financial performance and business growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
