Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patient Care and Treatment: Provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with granted privileges, adhering strictly to Fakeeh Care’s policies, protocols, and regional standards of care.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring full compliance with Fakeeh Care’s documentation policies and procedures.
• Patient Education and Communication: Collaborate with attending physicians to deliver clear, compassionate, and effective communication to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Medical Procedures: Perform or assist in performing medical and surgical procedures within the scope of your granted privileges, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and deliver medical reports in a timely manner, adhering to Fakeeh Care’s standardized formats and ensuring confidentiality.
• Professional Development and Training: Actively participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and the teaching and mentoring of junior medical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Policy Adherence and Execution: Develop a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care’s policies and procedures, contributing to their effective implementation and improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, proactively address any safety concerns, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive information and organizational systems.
• Ethical and Professional Conduct: Adhere to Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, ethical standards, and all mandatory training requirements to maintain the highest professional integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and non-medical staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Presentation Skills: Proven capability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including public groups and management.
• Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Clinical Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in a recognized hospital or healthcare setting within your specialty.
• Education: Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution in the health sciences.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both oral and written English, with a preference for Arabic proficiency.
• Licensing and Certifications: Valid license to practice as per regional health regulatory authorities (e.g., SCFHS, DHA), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced certifications, if applicable, are a plus.
