AI Technical Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design: Develop and recommend AI-driven solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, and computer vision applications, to solve specific business problems.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of AI projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and scalability considerations.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical requirements and presenting complex AI concepts in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Strategy Development: Assess client data ecosystems, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to enhance data quality, governance, and integration for AI initiatives.
• Model Deployment & Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work alongside internal teams to foster knowledge sharing, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the development of AI best practices within the organization.
• Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their potential to drive business value for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation in AI and machine learning, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development, including hands-on expertise with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus.
