As a **Production Confirmation II**, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring accurate production data, and upholding BRF’s commitment to sustainability and food safety. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• SAP Confirmation & Compliance: Execute SAP confirmations in accordance with Corporate Norm 03.8.001, ensuring precise documentation of production activities and material consumption.
• Inventory & Packaging Management: Monitor and validate packaging consumption in SAP, identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to corporate standards (03.11.008 and 03.11.034). Daily reconciliation of SAP inventory records with physical production stock to maintain accuracy.
• Problem Resolution & Reporting: Investigate and resolve COGI (Cost of Goods Issued) discrepancies for direct materials, while maintaining meticulous records of production data and material consumption in designated files. Generate and track Anomaly Reports for inventory adjustments and losses.
• Production & Quality Assurance: Validate production records against shelf-life requirements in SAP (transaction MSC2N) and cross-reference with Innovna (or other traceability systems) to ensure data integrity. Perform daily reconciliations of finished goods production data with warehouse records, ensuring alignment between SAP and actual inventory.
• Sustainability & ESG Compliance: Actively contribute to BRF’s Sustainability Policy by embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into daily operations. Promote compliance with global sustainability indicators, ensuring your activities align with BRF’s long-term environmental and social commitments.
• Food Safety & Operational Excellence: Strict adherence to BRF’s Food Safety Policy and corporate best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable, though we welcome candidates with relevant experience and certifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAP systems, particularly modules related to production, inventory, and financial confirmations. Familiarity with traceability tools (e.g., Innovna) is a plus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify discrepancies, analyze data, and implement corrective actions with precision.
