Marketing Activation Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Activation Coordinator to bridge the gap between our marketing team’s strategic planning and its on-ground execution. This role requires a professional who thrives in both office-based coordination and field-based activation management, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing initiatives across diverse regions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary on-site liaison, overseeing activations, resolving real-time challenges, and maintaining brand consistency while supporting pre- and post-event operations from the office.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Activation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies by performing the following duties:

• On-Site Management: Act as the primary point of contact for managing information booths, guiding attendees through mobile applications, and ensuring accurate registration processes.
• Event Oversight: Attend and supervise marketing activations in key cities and regional areas, guaranteeing adherence to event plans, brand guidelines, and operational standards.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges in real time, make informed decisions under pressure, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Attendee Support: Register and document chronic cases on-site, complete required paperwork, and provide clear explanations of health services to participants.
• Pre-Activation Planning: Contribute to the preparation phase by assisting with logistics, timelines, material readiness, and coordination from the office.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Post-Activation Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports detailing execution quality, event outcomes, budget adherence, challenges encountered, and actionable recommendations. Maintain organized records for future reference.
• Administrative Support: Assist the broader marketing team with day-to-day coordination tasks and deliverables between scheduled activations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
• Mobility & Availability: Willingness to travel across multiple regions and maintain flexible working hours during activations to ensure event success.
• Logistical Readiness: Valid driver’s license and the ability to be physically present on-site as required, including extended periods for setup and installation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, for planning and reporting purposes.
  • Capacity to balance desk-based administrative tasks with frequent fieldwork demands.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in dynamic, on-site environments.
