Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with Centriq’s premium positioning in the aesthetics and skincare sectors.
• Design and execute data-driven influencer campaigns that resonate with Saudi audiences, blending creativity with performance metrics to maximize brand reach and conversion.
• Negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, ensuring seamless execution of content briefs, timelines, and compliance with company guidelines while maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and clinic operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging, optimize customer journeys, and align influencer content with Centriq’s brand ethos.
• Monitor, analyze, and refine strategies using advanced analytics tools to track KPIs, measure campaign success, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Develop compelling content calendars and briefs that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and corporate objectives, ensuring timely and impactful storytelling.
• Leverage storytelling and community engagement to build authentic connections with audiences, fostering trust and loyalty in Centriq’s innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic influencer marketing specialist with:

• Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and managing influencer partnerships, particularly within beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industries.
• Campaign expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing strategies, including content briefs, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Deep platform knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a focus on audience targeting, engagement tactics, and community management.
• Analytical acumen to interpret campaign data, generate insightful reports, and refine strategies based on real-time performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships, align stakeholders, and advocate for data-backed decisions.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; industry certifications or portfolio work are a plus.
