Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Lead and oversee the General Ledger (GL) team, ensuring timely and accurate financial closings, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes in alignment with IFRS and Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFR).
• Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial statements, variance analyses, and performance reports to support executive decision-making and stakeholder communications.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of accountants and financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring internal controls are robust and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, with a strong background in General Ledger Controlling, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFR), with experience in large-scale, multi-entity financial environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
