Your Role as a Finance Transformation Manager

As a Manager within the CFO and Enterprise Value practice, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward their strategic and operational objectives by introducing innovative methodologies, refining processes, and optimizing operating models. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic and Operational Transformation: Leveraging your expertise to address complex and ambiguous business challenges through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, including business case development, while exercising independent judgment with minimal oversight.
• Agile Design and Innovation: Facilitating dynamic design thinking workshops, demonstrating agile methodologies to clients, and co-developing innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs and expectations.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and sustaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients throughout engagements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and the delivery of exceptional outcomes.
• Business Development and Growth: Contributing to the identification of new opportunities, the development of compelling proposals, and the expansion of the CFO & Enterprise Value practice’s market presence.
• Practice Development and Thought Leadership: Driving the evolution of the CFO & Enterprise Value community by contributing to the creation of offerings, assets, and thought leadership initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Accenture.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams by setting a benchmark for excellence, providing mentorship to team members, and actively participating in performance management processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a seasoned professional with the following qualifications and experience:

• Consulting Experience: A minimum of six years of hands-on consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering transformational projects in finance and accounting domains.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial processes within Finance & Accounting (F&A), including their enablement through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• ERP Proficiency: Extensive functional expertise in major ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle, with hands-on experience in their implementation and optimization.
• Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading finance transformation initiatives, with a focus on financial consolidation, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
