Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Your role extends beyond traditional concierge duties—you will be a key ambassador for Red Sea Global, embodying our brand values of luxury, innovation, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and fulfilling requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist guests with travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, and local transportation.
• Arrange dining reservations, spa bookings, and entertainment activities tailored to guest preferences.
• Offer expert recommendations for local attractions, cultural experiences, and hidden gems in Riyadh.
• Coordinate special requests, such as event planning, gift shopping, or personalized services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to enhance future stays.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.
• Uphold Red Sea Global’s commitment to sustainability and ethical practices in all guest interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Red Sea Global with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in concierge services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferably in luxury or high-end settings).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with diverse guests.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
• Familiarity with local attractions, dining options, and cultural norms in Riyadh is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns with creativity and diplomacy.
