Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations, variations, and claims to protect the company’s financial interests while fostering strong client relationships.
• Procurement & Tendering: Lead procurement processes, including tender documentation, supplier evaluations, and contract awarding to secure the best value for materials and services.
• Measurement & Valuation: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, measurement reports, and interim valuations to support progress payments and final settlements.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify cost risks early and propose strategic solutions to minimize financial exposure and project delays.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• On-Site Coordination: Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, resolve cost-related issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
