This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions to ensure seamless business performance, drive efficiency, and support the company’s growth objectives in the region. Key Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s operational strategy. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Align operational activities with the company’s strategic goals to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Process Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive measurable results.
• Team Management: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing operations team. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and employee engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between senior management, internal departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Implement robust risk management frameworks to mitigate operational risks and safeguard the organization’s interests.
• Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets. Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently to support business operations.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of education, experience, and leadership qualities that align with our expectations:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational change, and inspire high performance. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of operational best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific challenges. Familiarity with the Saudi market and business environment is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, project management tools, and data analytics platforms. Ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
