Key Responsibilities
As the **Senior Corporate Finance Manager**, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial and operational duties, ensuring seamless execution of corporate finance initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financing & Debt Management: Act as a strategic partner in executing corporate finance transactions across all company entities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with lenders, banks, financial advisors, rating agencies, and legal counsel to assess, negotiate, and finalize financing proposals, term sheets, and facility documentation. Monitor debt portfolios, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance to mitigate risks and optimize financial performance. Maintain comprehensive financing databases, debt schedules, and documentation to ensure transparency and regulatory adherence.
- Banking Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust day-to-day relationships with banking partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all financing-related inquiries. Coordinate with lenders on information requests, facility renewals, and amendments while tracking facility utilization, pricing, and renewal requirements. Ensure proactive management of banking relationships to secure favorable terms and conditions that support the company’s financial strategy.
- Corporate Finance Operations: Lead liquidity planning and execution of corporate finance transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Monitor bank accounts to guarantee sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations, while overseeing the issuance and renewal of critical financial instruments such as bid bonds, performance bonds, and letters of credit (LCs). Administer Equity Bridge Loan facilities with precision, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Compile and maintain up-to-date corporate finance exposure reports, debt schedules, and lender information packs, including KYC documentation. Provide analytical support for financing initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure all financial reporting aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering trust and transparency with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of advanced financial expertise and industry-specific experience to the table. We are seeking a **highly motivated Senior Corporate Finance Manager** with the following qualifications:
- A **Bachelor’s Degree** in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as **SOCPA, CFA, or CTP** are highly advantageous.
- **5+ years of extensive experience** in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Administration, or Financial Institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in **infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance, or holding company environments**, where they have successfully managed complex financial transactions and relationships.
