Key Responsibilities

As a User Acquisition Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and other gaming-focused ad networks. Ensure campaigns are aligned with our growth objectives and target audience segments.
• Budget Optimization: Strategically allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per install (CPI) targets. Monitor spending closely to maintain efficiency and scalability.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to conceptualize, test, and refine ad content that resonates with our audience. Your insights will drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Conduct daily performance reviews to assess campaign effectiveness. Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate different creatives, audience segments, and ad channels. Use findings to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure that user acquisition strategies are in sync with broader growth goals and product roadmaps.
• Industry & Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations, such as SKAN (StoreKit Ad Network), to maintain compliance and capitalize on new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and expertise:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or growth marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in mobile apps or gaming.
• Performance-Driven Track Record: A demonstrated ability to manage paid ad campaigns and consistently meet or exceed performance targets, such as ROAS and CPI.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with advanced tracking and attribution tools, including AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms, to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics.
• AI & Video Editing Tools: Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation, along with proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent platforms, to produce high-quality promotional materials.
