As a Barista, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Delivering Exceptional Beverage Service: Execute flawless coffee and tea service, ensuring every drink meets our stringent quality and presentation standards. From latte art to precise brewing techniques, your expertise will leave a lasting impression on our customers.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the beverage station to ensure it is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. Maintain a clean, efficient, and visually appealing workspace that reflects our commitment to hygiene and professionalism.
• Mastering Coffee Craftsmanship: Demonstrate passion and proficiency in crafting specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and seasonal offerings. • Technical Proficiency: Operate a variety of coffee machines, from manual and semi-automatic espresso machines to fully automatic systems, as well as hot water, hot chocolate, and filter coffee equipment. Ensure all machinery is well-maintained, regularly inspected, and free from defects to avoid disruptions in service.
• Training and Mentorship: Lead by example by training and mentoring team members to uphold our standards of service and quality. Monitor beverage station performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
