Home Healthcare Physiotherapist – Full-Time Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Home Healthcare Physiotherapist to join our expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will deliver exceptional, evidence-based physiotherapy services directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and empowering patients and their caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve optimal functional outcomes and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough and detailed physiotherapy assessments in patients’ homes, evaluating their physical condition, mobility, and functional limitations to inform evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Personalized Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and clinical requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and current healthcare standards.
• Progress Monitoring and Adaptation: Regularly evaluate patient progress through follow-up visits and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated to maximize therapeutic benefits and support recovery.
• Patient and Caregiver Education: Provide clear, practical instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safe mobility techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home-based rehabilitation protocols to promote long-term health and independence.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, comprehensive, and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team—including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers—to ensure seamless, coordinated care and continuity across all treatment settings.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Licensure: Valid classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Clinical Skills: Strong clinical reasoning abilities, proficiency in evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, and experience in home healthcare settings are highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds and effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Independence and Adaptability: Capable of working autonomously in a home healthcare environment, managing time efficiently, and adapting to varying patient needs and home care settings.
