Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns for Kellogg's Instant Noodles in the Saudi Arabian market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing market penetration, and fostering consumer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market dynamics, a passion for consumer-centric strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Prepare detailed marketing reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Promotional Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of promotional activities, including in-store activations, sampling events, and partnerships with retailers to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, as well as external partners such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and reinforce Kellogg’s brand identity across all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and guidelines to maintain a strong and recognizable market presence.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in a marketing role will also be considered.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis. Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to external partners and consumers. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Location & Eligibility: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah or Riyadh. Candidates must be Saudi nationals to be considered for this role.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results within tight deadlines. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
