Key Responsibilities

• Google Workspace Administration: Leverage deep expertise in Google Workspace to manage user lifecycle processes, enforce robust security settings, and configure organizational policies that align with our operational needs. Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our core productivity tools.
• Slack Workspace Optimization: Lead the administration of our Slack environment, including workspace configuration, integration management, permission enforcement, and user governance. Streamline communication workflows to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
• Network Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues with proficiency, leveraging intermediate to advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals such as LAN/WAN configurations, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP. Ensure reliable connectivity and performance across our systems.
• Endpoint Management and RMM: Oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of our endpoint management and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions (e.g., NinjaRMM, Jamf, or similar). Ensure comprehensive device visibility, compliance, and security across all endpoints, including laptops and other devices.
• Patch Management and OS Updates: Drive patch management initiatives, oversee operating system updates, and manage software deployments to maintain a secure, up-to-date, and high-performance device environment. Minimize downtime and vulnerabilities through proactive updates.
• Scalable IT Strategy: Lead or contribute to the development of scalable endpoint management strategies that support our growing team and evolving technological needs. Align IT initiatives with business goals to ensure long-term efficiency and innovation.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices across all IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
• Escalation and Technical Guidance: Provide expert-level support for complex IT issues, serving as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Process Documentation: Document IT processes, configurations, and standards to improve operational transparency and efficiency. Continuously refine workflows to enhance productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
