Key Responsibilities

The Doctor will be responsible for a wide range of medical duties, including but not limited to:

• Medical Counseling and Health Education: Providing expert medical advice and health education to students and staff to foster a culture of wellness and preventive care.
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Accurately diagnosing and treating patients while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Institutions: Partnering with external medical institutions within the education sector to ensure seamless referrals and continuity of care.
• Health-Related Projects: Actively participating in health initiatives and projects aimed at improving the overall well-being of the school community.
• Documentation and Reporting: Compiling comprehensive medical reports, maintaining accurate patient records, and generating statistical data to support health-related decision-making.
• Compliance and Ethics: Upholding the Code of Medical Ethics, adhering to the laws and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health (MOH), and following departmental procedures without exception.
• Patient Care Standards: Delivering the highest possible standard of patient care, utilizing clinical skills and methodologies appropriate for a primary care setting to address patient concerns effectively.
• Health Assessments and Follow-Ups: Conducting thorough health assessments, including patient history-taking, investigations, and diagnoses, while providing ongoing care for patients with chronic or long-term conditions.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Performing additional duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the school and its community.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in the medical field, with a strong background in primary care or related disciplines.
