Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance. Develop and implement best practices for IT service delivery, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• IT Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud solutions, and end-user computing environments. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of critical IT resources to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Drive compliance with global IT security standards and best practices, including data protection, access controls, and incident response protocols. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and systems.
• Strategic Planning and Innovation: Partner with business units to identify IT needs and propose solutions that enhance guest experiences, operational workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to recommend and implement forward-thinking IT strategies.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, external vendors, and senior management. Negotiate contracts, manage service providers, and ensure alignment between IT services and business objectives.
• Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify IT challenges and implement data-driven solutions to improve system performance, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction. Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations.
