Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our digital marketing capabilities and supporting our real estate portfolio. Your core responsibilities include:

• Campaign Execution and Management: Design, implement, and oversee high-impact digital marketing campaigns across leading platforms, including Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Utilize data-driven strategies to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver optimal results.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine campaign performance to minimize cost per lead (CPL) while maximizing conversion rates. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Lead Generation and CRM Integration: Utilize advanced CRM systems to meticulously track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey from initial engagement to conversion. Ensure seamless integration between marketing efforts and sales processes to streamline the pipeline.
• Collaborative Sales Support: Work in tandem with sales teams to enhance lead conversion strategies and improve pipeline efficiency. Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize sales workflows and drive revenue growth.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics 4. Compile comprehensive reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide future marketing initiatives.
• Project Launch Support: Assist in the execution of marketing activities tied to project launches across our real estate portfolio. Develop targeted campaigns to generate buzz, attract potential buyers, and accelerate sales cycles.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in digital marketing and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will meet the following required qualifications:

• Saudi nationality
• Native proficiency in Arabic
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and campaign management
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Proven experience using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer journeys
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and the customer funnel
• Experience coordinating with sales teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline efficiency
• Availability to commence employment within 30 days

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be viewed favorably:

• Experience in marketing real estate projects or within the real estate industry
