• Align ZATCA’s data management practices with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards, ensuring continuous compliance and updating internal data guides accordingly.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational challenges and gaps in data management, proposing actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and traceability.
• Design and implement data management policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with ZATCA’s strategic priorities, fostering a proactive approach to data protection, automation, and storage.
• Develop and champion a data management plan to elevate organizational awareness, focusing on automation, security, and scalable data solutions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to strategic goals, ensuring measurable progress and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate policies, strategies, and best practices, ensuring clarity and adoption across all levels.
• Develop and deploy metadata and information asset management systems to guarantee data integrity, quality, and accessibility.
