Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Invoice Processing and Commission Management: Generate precise invoices for guests and travel agents, ensuring accurate and timely payment or deduction of commissions while maintaining compliance with contractual agreements.
• Account Reconciliation and Accuracy: Post charges and credits promptly, reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger, and maintain meticulous records to ensure financial integrity and operational transparency.
• Proactive Payment Collections: Monitor outstanding balances diligently, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement strategies to optimize cash flow while fostering positive relationships with guests and partners.
• Dispute Resolution and Issue Management: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with professionalism, collaborating cross-functionally to address concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Statement Preparation and Distribution: Generate and distribute accurate account statements daily, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and timely communication.
• Transaction Auditing: Conduct daily reviews of transactions to verify accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to contractual terms, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
• Credit Metrics and Reporting: Calculate and analyze key financial metrics, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and contribute to credit management reporting to support data-driven decision-making and financial strategy.
