Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational and customer experience functions, including:

• Club Operations Management: Oversee daily operations at assigned clubs, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison between club members, staff, and regional management to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver outstanding member experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service. Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere that aligns with Leejam’s commitment to member satisfaction.
• Regional Coordination: Collaborate with regional management teams to implement operational strategies, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across multiple club locations. Assist in regional reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage front-desk operations, including handling member check-ins, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and in accordance with company protocols.
• Team Leadership and Development: Support the training and development of club staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability. Identify opportunities for staff growth and contribute to talent retention initiatives.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure environment for members and employees alike.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, sports management, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent work experience in a customer-facing or operational role will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in club management, operations, or a similar customer service environment, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with club management software or CRM systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable. Additional languages are a plus.
