Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for a diverse range of technical tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our systems. Your core duties will include:

• Installation and Commissioning: Install, test, and commission pumps, motors, control panels, and other electromechanical systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults with precision, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and perform corrective maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent potential failures.
• Site Inspections and Technical Support: Undertake site visits to assess system performance, provide on-site technical support, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and service documentation to track system performance, repairs, and recommendations for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with project timelines and customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, control panels, or water systems is highly advantageous. Familiarity with electromechanical systems and industrial equipment is essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to guide maintenance and installation activities.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders. A collaborative mindset to foster productive working relationships.
• Mobility and Flexibility: A valid driving license is preferred, as the role may require travel to various sites across Riyadh and surrounding areas for inspections, maintenance, or emergency support.
