Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, compile, and analyze data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports that highlight trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
• Financial and Operational Reporting: Prepare financial statements, budget variances, operational metrics, and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and project management, to ensure alignment on reporting standards and to address data-related inquiries.
• Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous review processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, enhance data visualization, and leverage automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting activities adhere to local and international regulatory standards, including GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant frameworks, as applicable to the organization.
• Presentation and Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or PMP) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis, with a proven track record in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Local Compliance: Must be a Saudi national, eligible to work in Riyadh, and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
