We are now seeking a motivated and results-oriented Rental Sales Executive—Hindi Speaker to drive revenue growth and expand our heavy equipment rental portfolio within the Saudi Arabian market.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Rental Sales Executive – Hindi Speaker with a strong background in heavy equipment rental sales within Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new rental business opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and promoting our extensive fleet of heavy earthmoving and lifting equipment to key industries including construction, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, marine, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth market knowledge, a robust industry network, and exceptional business development skills. You will play a pivotal role in converting market opportunities into sustainable rental contracts while consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new rental business opportunities across multiple sectors, including construction, infrastructure, mining, marine, oil & gas, and industrial segments within Saudi Arabia.
• Equipment Promotion: Effectively promote and sell heavy equipment rental solutions, including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, crawler cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, manlifts, and other specialized earthmoving and lifting machinery.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project assessments to fully understand customer requirements and recommend tailored rental solutions that align with their operational needs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, EPC companies, procurement teams, project managers, plant managers, rental coordinators, and key decision-makers to foster trust and collaboration.
• Proposal Development: Prepare accurate rental quotations, commercial proposals, tender submissions, and RFQ responses in accordance with company policies and commercial guidelines to support competitive bidding processes.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on rental rates, contract terms, and service agreements to secure profitable, long-term business agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with operations, workshop, transport, and logistics teams to ensure seamless mobilization and demobilization of equipment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming projects to proactively identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Sales Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within the CRM system, and prepare timely sales reports, business development updates, and market intelligence summaries for senior management.
• Financial Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and support collection activities in coordination with the Finance Department to maintain healthy cash flow and contractual compliance.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual rental revenue targets in alignment with company objectives and strategic growth plans.
• Cross-Selling Support: Identify and support cross-selling opportunities for equipment sales, spare parts, maintenance services, and long-term contractual agreements to maximize customer value and revenue potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment rental sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a strong track record in achieving sales targets and securing long-term rental contracts.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction, infrastructure, mining, marine, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, including equipment applications, specifications, and rental solutions.
• Network & Relationships: Well-established network with major contractors, EPC companies, mining operators, oil field contractors, and government-related entities across Saudi Arabia.
• Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively, prepare compelling commercial proposals, manage tenders and RFQs, and close high-value rental agreements.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and Arabic, with the ability to draft professional emails, deliver persuasive presentations, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
