With operations set to launch in 2025, ASMO is poised to revolutionize end-to-end procurement and supply chain services across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors—starting with Saudi Aramco and its affiliates, with long-term ambitions to expand across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the IT Strategy & Innovation Lead to develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that propels ASMO toward operational excellence and digital transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing processes, and ensuring that every technological decision drives efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Alignment: Work alongside the IT Strategy & Innovation Manager to define and implement IT strategies that align with ASMO’s broader business goals, ensuring technology investments deliver tangible value.
• Technology Roadmapping: Maintain and refine ASMO’s technology roadmap under the guidance of leadership, outlining a clear vision for future technological advancements and their integration into business operations.
• Emerging Technology Research: Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions that can enhance ASMO’s operational capabilities and market position.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Compile, analyze, and interpret objective data to assess the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of new technologies on ASMO’s business performance and long-term competitiveness.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate existing IT processes and methodologies, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with ASMO’s strategic vision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure IT initiatives are cohesive, well-executed, and aligned with ASMO’s overarching goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A Master’s degree in any of these disciplines is highly preferred.
• Proficiency: Fluency in both oral and written English is essential to facilitate clear communication and collaboration within a global and diverse team.
• Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
