Key Responsibilities

In this strategic leadership role, your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership in Investment Due Diligence: Source, evaluate, and curate high-potential investment opportunities across diverse strategies and geographies. Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics, risk profiles, and team capabilities to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain proactive engagement with portfolio managers to assess strategic alignment, performance trends, and organizational stability.
• End-to-End Due Diligence Coordination: Oversee the entire due diligence lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and comprehensive evaluations. Develop and maintain robust tracking systems to monitor progress and synthesize findings into polished investment memoranda for senior leadership review.
• Macro Research and Strategic Insights: Monitor and interpret macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and geopolitical developments to assess their implications on markets and asset classes. Develop forward-looking scenario analyses and actionable insights to inform portfolio positioning and investment decisions. Present concise, data-driven briefings to guide strategic discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a distinguished professional with:

• A robust background of 8 to 12 years in investment management, portfolio management, or institutional allocation, demonstrating a track record of analytical excellence and operational leadership.
• An in-depth understanding of financial markets, complex financial instruments, and alternative investment strategies.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline, complemented by proficiency in Python for investment analysis and portfolio modeling.
• Exceptional research and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in high-pressure environments, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Fluency in Bloomberg Terminal and other industry-standard investment tools.

While not mandatory, the following will be highly regarded:

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent.
• Additional programming expertise in R or SQL.
• Experience in emerging markets or niche alternative investments.
• A demonstrated history of successful portfolio management with a focus on risk-adjusted returns.
